Updating Your Subscription

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: First of all thanks for trying out our software and we hope you enjoyed it. But hey we know not all relationships can last forever.

IMPORTANT: your cancellation or refund (we have a 30 day refund policy) procedure will depend on the payment provider you used at the time of your purchase. Please see below the different options.

CLICKBANK:

Please look for the original email you received from ClickBank at the time of purchase. Write down or copy the order number and then please click here to read the instructions on how to open up a ticket.

Once you submit your ticket it should be processed within 24hrs.

PAYPAL:

Please log in into your PayPal account, look for the OmniGeometry payment transaction and cancel the recurring payment or process a refund.

BE AWARE that ClickBank gives you the option to pay with PayPal. If you used ClickBank/PayPal you need to cancel via ClickBank and not PayPal.

STRIPE:

7 days before your trial expire you should receive an email that reminds you of your trial expiration. In that email you'll also find a button that says Manage Your Subscription.
